We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and healthcare providers. This is a remote position based in Harrisburg, PA.
Responsibilities:
⢠Answer incoming calls from members and healthcare providers
⢠Provide accurate and timely information about healthcare services
⢠Assist members with scheduling appointments and navigating healthcare systems
⢠Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
⢠Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
⢠Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
⢠High school diploma or equivalent
⢠Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare call center environment
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⢠Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⢠Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace
