We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Credentialing Specialist to join our team. You will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient credentialing and onboarding of healthcare providers, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering positive relationships with providers, teams, vendors, and payers.

How you will make an impact
Β• Credentialing Process Management: Oversee the credentialing process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all credentialing and re-credentialing activities.
Β• Provider Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding of new providers, ensuring all necessary documents and credentials are obtained and verified.
Β• Process and Workflow Development: Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline credentialing operations and improve overall... efficiency.
Β• Meticulous Tracking and Organization: Maintain meticulous records and tracking systems for credentialing activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Β• Professional Correspondence: Communicate effectively and professionally with providers, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information throughout the credentialing process.
Β• Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate credentialing efforts with internal teams, external vendors, payers, and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless operations.
Β• Accessing and Working in Multiple Systems: Utilize and navigate various systems, including vendor and payer portals, to obtain and verify credentialing information accurately.
Β• Self-Starter and Autonomous: Take initiative and work independently to manage tasks and projects, demonstrating the ability to figure out new projects with minimal direction.
Β• Project Management: Flexibly manage multiple projects and initiatives related to credentialing and provider enrollment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.

What we are looking for
Β• Minimum of 2 yearΒ’s experience in healthcare credentialing
Β• Certification in Healthcare Credentialing (e.g., CPCS, CPMSM)
Β• Experience with credentialing software or database management systems.
Β• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to healthcare credentialing and enrollProven experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment.
Β• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Β• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Β• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with providers, team members, and external stakeholders.
Β• Proficiency in developing and implementing efficient processes and workflows.
Β• Experience accessing and working in multiple systems, including vendor and payer portals.
Β• Flexibility and adaptability in managing projects and responding to changing priorities.
Β• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and figure out new projects with minimal direction
