As a Healthcare Call Center Associate, you will:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, processing transactions, and resolving customer inquiries
Act as a subject matter expert, providing accurate and timely information to clients
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting customer loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
Utilize critical thinking and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms
Strong customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and providing empathetic support
Work-from-Home Requirements:
Dedicated, private home workspace with minimal distractions
Established home internet connectivity, with a minimum download speed of 25mbps and upload speed of 15mbps
Ability to troubleshoot own devices and connectivity issues
