Hardware Marketing Associate

The Channel Marketing Associate, Hardware provides support for marketing and product initiatives across the door and cabinet hardware categories, helping execute go-to-market programs and manage details that ensure the successful launch and promotion of hardware products. Responsibilities Assist in maintaining the go-to-market playbook for hardware channels, updating deliverables and timelines as directed Support the development and fulfillment of sales enablement materials, product sheets, and marketing collateral / promo items Conduct basic competitive research and compile customer feedback to inform strategic decisions Coordinate updates to product information across price lists, spec sheets, websites, and e-commerce platforms Assist in preparing training presentations, customer decks, and promotional content Organize logistics for trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings, including shipping materials and coordinating schedules Track and manage distribution of samples, displays, and promotional materials Help administer incentive programs and monitor participation Collect and organize feedback from field sales teams and channel partners for reporting Maintain collateral libraries and ensure materials are accessible and up to date Process purchase orders, track invoices, and maintain budget spreadsheets for channel marketing initiatives Compile ROI and program effectiveness data; prepare summary reports for review by the Senior Manager Skills 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, or related role; B2B or building materials industry experience a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail Ability to collaborate across teams and build effective working relationships Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project) preferred Benefits Robust health plans Market-leading 401(k) program with a company contribution Product discounts Flexible time off benefits (including half-day summer Fridays per policy) Inclusive fertility / adoption benefits Company Overview Emtek Products is manufactures door hardware.
