We're committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, grow, and make a real difference. **The Role** As an Experienced IAM Developer – SailPoint Integration and Governance, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to develop scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Bring** * A strong passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of the curve * Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes * A commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to creating a secure and reliable operating environment for our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
