HALO is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our high-growth company. You will be in a senior level position assigned to a Sales Team with a focus on expanding client accounts. This is a sales-driven position involving both client and project management. You will succeed based on your exceptional industry knowledge, client and vendor relationships, expansive knowledge of brand guidelines, and project management methods.Responsibilities Act as a key point of contact for client communication and requestsStrategically use client relationships and project history knowledge to explore and develop new opportunities Responsible for successfully implementation and execution of sales projects which contribute to meeting targeted revenue growth plans for client accountsManage multiple projects with varying clients, timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexitiesOnboard new clients and ensuring they understand the company’s order and approval processes, quality standards and production timelinesProduce creative and accurate quotes and presentations using innovative product ideas to support the client’s branding approach and marketing goalsDemonstrate advance knowledge of manufacturing and decoration processes as well as supplier and product resourcesUtilize vendor relationship and internal resources for resourceful sourcing and quoting strategies, balancing the client’s and company’s business needsCommunicate project changes, order timelines and status updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while successfully managing and meeting client expectationsProactively working with internal departments and operations resources to account for all aspects of project scope and adjusting as neededUse experience with internal teams, including Creative, Import, Compliance and HALO resources to expand company and project value to clientsCoach, mentor and train team members as requestedMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, orders and art proofGenerate reports to track open orders and billing progress
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA) in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and educationSome experience in or exposure to the promotional products industry5+ years of experience in a corporate marketing, related agency or project management roleExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong business math experienceDetail oriented, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracyStrong work ethic that supports working independently, under minimal supervision as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of peopleAbility to handle sensitive situations with tact and well-reasoned judgmentProven ability to provide outstanding client serviceCurious, flexible and good humored with a positive “can do” attitudeAbility to effectively provide, receive and respond positively to constructive feedbackWilling to proactively seek out information, training and other resources needed to facilitate continual professional development necessary to be successful in this positionProficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Proficient in ERP systems Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
