About the Role : We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take full ownership of concept-driven design across email, paid ads, and social assets. In this role, you will work autonomously to develop and execute creative ideas with limited direction, managing projects end to end while balancing multiple requests in an agency-style environment. Responsibilities : • Own graphic design execution across email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media assets • Develop concept-driven designs with a focus on ideas and visual storytelling rather than heavy photo retouching • Work autonomously to translate high-level direction into finished creative deliverables • Collaborate closely with the assigned lead and project manager to ensure creative deliverables align with project goals Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Motion graphics or light animation experience is a strong plus • Comfortable owning projects end to end, from concept through final delivery • Proven experience designing paid advertising creatives and social media assets • Agency-style mindset with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously Benefits • Full-Time Position : M–F Business Hours EST • Salary : $2,000 / month USD • Unlimited PTO • Contract : Independent Contractor This position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as : ❌ Applications from candidates outside LATAM (including the U.S. and other regions) will not be considered.
