This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative visual storyteller to shape brand narratives and design compelling marketing materials that resonate across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with communications, scientific, and product teams to translate complex concepts into engaging, audience-focused visuals. The position requires expert-level skills in typography, layout, color theory, and digital design software, while also emphasizing project management and agility in meeting deadlines. This role is remote-friendly, contributing directly to brand identity and storytelling strategies that support organizational goals and mission-driven initiatives. You will play a key role in producing visuals that are not only aesthetically compelling but also strategically aligned with campaign and corporate objectives. Accountabilities: • Create visually engaging marketing materials, social media assets, and web graphics that reflect the brand mission and identity. • Collaborate cross-functionally with communications, product, and scientific teams to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful visuals. • Develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand narratives, campaign goals, and stakeholder engagement strategies. • Apply design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility principles across all materials. • Manage multiple projects and competing timelines, delivering high-quality outputs consistently. • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of visual brand standards and creative processes. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio. • Proven experience in visual storytelling across multiple formats and media. • Advanced proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Figma, Canva, or After Effects is a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present ideas, accept feedback, and collaborate within cross-functional teams. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities without compromising quality. • Creativity, attention to detail, and a portfolio that demonstrates both aesthetic and strategic design thinking.
