• Bundling peer support, coaching, education, and home delivery of medical supplies
• Help our members discover and purchase the best medical equipment and supplies for chronic conditions
• Gained Medicare licenses in 46 states and 25 Medicaid licenses
• Backed by Mosaic General Partnership and other investors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in strategic financial leadership roles, RCM, and healthcare finance are a big plus
• Proven track record of building P&Ls, optimizing financial processes and driving financial growth
• Experience working in a startup/high-growth environment
• Experience with hiring and scaling teams, a demonstrated ability to retain talent and performance management
• Player/coach mentality, ability to zoom in/out, and leading by example
• Remote (willingness to travel to HQ as needed)
• RCM operations experience, payer, health insurance experience (nice-to-have)
• Understanding of healthcare billing, coding, HCPCS, payer processes, and regulatory requirements (nice-to-have)
• Familiarity with healthcare/digital health space (nice-to-have)
