Our Collaboration Model While you will enjoy a role with processes optimized for hybrid or remote work, we deeply value in-person connection. We bring our teams together at least twice a year to collaborate, innovate, and build relationships. You should be able to travel for these company gatherings, which may also include the final stages of the interview process. If you are based in Estonia, we highly prefer if you would work from the office more often than not. We generally look for the following qualifications: Experience: Software development experience. Leadership & Ownership: You have a proven track record of leading complex technical projects and taking ownership of their outcomes. System Design: You have demonstrable experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and highly available systems. AI Proficiency: You leverage AI development tools like Github Copilot and Gemini in a deliberate and effective way, while also understanding their limitations and maintaining accountability for your work. Technical Foundation: You possess a strong understanding of web security principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Cloud Proficiency: You are familiar with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and have experience running containerized applications. Quality & Testing: You are committed to code quality and have experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development. CI/CD: You have knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practices. Nice-to-Haves You have Experience with at least one of: Elixir, Ruby, Go, TypeScript You are familiar with event-driven architecture. You have knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies like OAuth, OIDC, or SAML. You have used Amazon Bedrock and know the strength and limitations of different AI models You have built cross-platform applications with Electron or similar frameworks. You have experience with visual regression or UX testing frameworks.
