Global Video Content Marketing Specialist
About the position Zinpro is seeking a Global Video Content Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life through bold, authentic, and strategic video storytelling. This role creates premium and high impact videos and multimedia content that strengthens brand trust, engages customers, and drives measurable business growth. You will serve as both a hands on content creator and on screen presence, working closely with marketing, sales, technical experts, executives, and regional teams to deliver compelling visual stories across digital, social, field, and event channels. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, innovation and production Responsibilities • Create and produce video and multimedia content to support global marketing campaigns, product launches, demand generation, thought leadership, and customer advocacy. • Develop authentic, human centered video content that highlights Zinpro expertise, customers, and real world impact. • Partner with brand, digital, sales, technical services, and corporate communications teams to ensure content aligns with marketing strategy and the customer journey. • Serve as a primary video content creator and on camera talent, collaborating with subject matter experts across the organization. • Lead end to end video production, including ideation, script development, directing, filming, editing, motion graphics, and post production. • Optimize content across social media, paid media, digital platforms, events, webinars, and sales enablement channels in close partnership with the Global Content Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing team. • Create content that supports pipeline growth, shortens sales cycles, and improves conversion rates. • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to maintain global consistency while tailoring content for local markets. • Leverage emerging technologies and AI enabled tools to improve content quality, efficiency, and scalability. • Ensure all content meets brand standards and visual guidelines. Requirements • 5+ years of experience producing high quality video and multimedia content across digital and social platforms. • Strong hands on expertise with professional video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro). • Advanced skills in motion graphics and rich media production, including Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Cloud. • Proficiency with professional video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio systems, and multi camera setups. • Solid understanding of video production best practices, including lighting, composition, color grading, editing techniques, sound design, and encoding. • Experience using AI powered video and creative tools. • Proven ability to produce a variety of content types such as explainer videos, product demos, customer testimonials, and product launches. • Comfort and confidence as on camera talent, collaborating directly with internal experts. • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment. • Proven collaboration skills across cross functional and global teams including external marketing agencies. • Experience supporting video production at trade shows, customer events, or global meetings. • Familiarity with marketing analytics and video performance measurement tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Nice-to-haves • Experience in producing videos in Agriculture, Animal Nutrition and working in B-to-B companies.
