As a Global Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform. You will provide expertise in user management, data integrity, reporting analytics, and process automation, ensuring our teams leverage Salesforce effectively to drive business success.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical Salesforce expertise who is eager to develop into a more business-facing role over time. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, influence business processes, and take on more strategic responsibilities in shaping how Salesforce supports our global operations.

What You’ll Do in This Role:
• Systems Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide user training, and create learning resources (guides & videos).
• User Management: Manage user access, permissions, roles, profiles, and security to ensure an optimized experience.
• Data Management: Maintain data integrity, manage objects and configurations, and ensure data security compliance.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to support business insights and enhance user adoption.
• Process Automation: Utilize Apex, Lightning components, workflows, and process builders to automate manual tasks.
• Security & Updates: Conduct regular system audits, manage updates, and implement best practices to keep the platform secure.
• Service Desk Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related service desk incidents and requests.
• Project Involvement: Collaborate with teams on integration projects, change requests, and CRM enhancements.

What You Bring to the Team
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Systems Analyst or similar technical role.
• A strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including custom objects, formula fields, flows, and app configurations.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or related) are a plus.
• Experience in an international business environment is a plus.
• An analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• The ability to influence best practices and support users at all levels.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

The hiring range for this position in Itasca, IL is $90,000 to $112,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
