As a Geek Squad Services Agent, you will perform technology services both in customers’ homes and in the local store, including delivery, installation, and repairs of electronic products. Responsibilities Build relationships with customers by providing and fulfilling recommendations regarding product, service, content (including membership) Establish and maintain consistent rhythms for timely follow up and ensure commitments are met or exceeded Perform advanced complexity work and de-escalate difficult customer interactions as needed Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents, process paperwork and payment, and provide feedback and training opportunities Travel to customers’ homes to perform basic delivery and installation Perform technical work within the retail location Skills Must be at least 21 years old Must have a current, valid driver's license and maintain a driving record which meets Best Buy safety standards Ability to acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, to perform job effectively Ability to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation, up to 150 pounds as part of a team, and between 150 – 250 pounds as part of a team and/or with support tools such as harnesses or lifts 3 months delivery or installation or computer troubleshooting experience 3 months of customer service experience 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience Benefits Competitive pay Generous employee discount Physical and mental well-being support Company Overview Best Buy is a multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products and services offering consumer electronics and more.
