G&A Administrative Assistant

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO, managing calendars, travel logistics, and acting as a liaison for external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO’s high-volume internal and external calendaring, ensuring every minute is optimized and prep materials are readyExecute end-to-end travel plans and bookings. You will support the Sr. EA in executing the CEO’s overarching travel strategy, ensuring seamless transitions between global locationsAct as a professional point of contact for clients, partners, and external stakeholders, mirroring Addepar’s high standards of serviceMeticulously manage and file expenses, ensuring compliance with company policy and timely reimbursementSupport the Sr. EA on project coordination, tracking timelines, and following up on action items to keep the CEO’s initiatives on trackAssist with planning team events, off-sites, and internal activities for the G&A organizationOver time, take on additional administrative responsibilities for the CFO and COO, scaling your impact across the leadership teamSkills1–2+ years of recent experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a high-growth tech or financial services environmentProven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating international/domestic travelClient-facing experience: Comfortable communicating with high-level external parties and stakeholdersTech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Zoom.
