Our teams are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and customer success, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our mission. **Job Summary** As an Enterprise Customer Engineer, Infrastructure Modernization, you'll be a trusted advisor to key customers, helping them understand and utilize blithequark's cloud infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy. You'll work closely with customers to recommend migration paths, integration strategies, and architectural patterns, and demonstrate the power of blithequark's cloud infrastructure through proof-of-concepts, feature demonstrations, and optimization. **Responsibilities** * Be a trusted advisor to key customers, helping them understand and utilize blithequark's cloud infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy * Demonstrate how blithequark's cloud infrastructure is differentiated, highlighting its power and capabilities through proof-of-concepts, feature demonstrations, and optimization * Build repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams to benefit from your expertise and knowledge * Influence blithequark's cloud infrastructure product direction as a trusted representative for both customers and product teams * Travel to customer sites and events as needed to provide expert guidance and support **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * 2 years of experience in virtualization or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role * Experience in performing technical presentations or public speaking * Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (desired) * Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable and secure distributed systems * Experience with containers and associated technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Serverless, and Microservices * Experience in understanding a complex customer's existing software workload and defining a technical migration roadmap to the cloud reflecting specific customer needs **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with customers to develop and implement cloud migration strategies * Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance * Experience with cloud-based DevOps tools and practices * Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning and AI platforms * Experience working with customers to develop and implement cloud-based data analytics and visualization solutions **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $159,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and contribute to the success of blithequark's customers **How to Apply** If you're passionate about cloud computing and customer success, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
