Job Title: Investor Relations & Research Manager Location: Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: part-Time About Us: Consultancy firm helping tech prepare for their next phase of growth, we are seeking an Investor Relations & Research Manager to support fundraising initiatives, manage investor communication, and conduct high-quality market and investor analysis. Responsibilities: Identify, research, and profile potential investors (VCs, angels, family offices, strategic partners). Maintain an organized investor pipeline and track ongoing outreach. Prepare investor outreach materials including briefings, summaries, and personalized communication. Draft and manage investor updates, quarterly reports, and fundraising messaging. Support the CEO/founders during fundraising (materials prep, follow-bolthires, meeting coordination). Conduct ecosystem research: competitor analysis, market trends, funding trends, valuation landscapes. Manage the CRM or tracking system for all investor communication. Ensure timely and professional responses to investor inquiries. Qualifications: Experience in investor relations, venture capital research, financial analysis, or business development. Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for various investor types. Proficient in research, data collection, and analytical tools. Familiarity with startup fundraising cycles, pitch decks, and investor expectations. Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
