Product Policy Specialist

The Product Policy Specialist will execute Content Policies, oversee moderation systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a safe environment on the platform.ResponsibilitiesProduce datasets of policy labels for user-generated content, used to ensure the correct implementation of Roblox’s policies by human and automated moderation systemsAct as a bridge between our Safety Policy and Operations teams. Partner closely with the Moderation Operations team to ensure the effective enforcement of Roblox policiesRespond to inquiries regarding our policies and rules from XFN within RobloxCollaborate with Content Policy developers to identify and resolve policy ambiguities and gapsServe as an operational and policy subject matter expert, supporting Product and Engineering teams in the development of advanced automated enforcement solutionsMonitor key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas, and draft comprehensive guidelines to ensure effective policy implementation by reviewersSkills1-2 years of experience in policy, enforcement, or moderation operations, coupled with a strong interest in technology policyExcellent analytical and judgment skills; must be able to comprehend complex policies and consistently apply them across diverse situationsStrong organizational and documentation skills, with meticulous attention to detailAbility to clearly articulate complex concepts and advocate for decisions effectivelyDegree in a related field such as Public Policy, Law, Political Science, or International RelationsProficiency in a second language is highly preferred, particularly: Arabic, Indonesian Bahasa, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi, French, or GermanBenefitsEquity compensationBenefits as described on this pageCompany OverviewRoblox is an online gaming and entertainment platform that offers a shared digital experience that brings people together through play.
