Experienced Lead Generation Specialist Needed – Qualified Leads Only (Long-Term)

I am looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist who can bring qualified prospects for service-based businesses (coaches, barbers, beauty salons, local businesses, small companies, etc.). Your mission is simple: Find qualified leads who are actively interested in improving their business (marketing, visibility, website, social media, etc.). Generate conversations + book appointments with decision-makers. Your Responsibilities: • Find qualified prospects in selected niches • Reach out via LinkedIn, Instagram DM, email, or phone (your choice) • Pre-qualify prospects based on clear criteria • Deliver leads that are genuinely interested • Track results in a simple Google Sheet • Book appointments when possible Requirements: • Experience in B2B lead generation (mandatory) • Ability to identify and qualify real potential clients • Strong communication skills • Knowledge of outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Nav…) is a plus • Reliable, responsive, and results-driven What I’m NOT looking for: ❌ Fake leads ❌ Random contacts ❌ Low-quality freelances lists ❌ Unqualified “scraped” emails ❌ Bots or mass spam Performance Goal: I need 10–20 qualified leads per week.
