In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and management of our investment funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy. We are looking for someone with a strong background in finance and a keen attention to detail. If you are a driven and analytical individual, with a passion for the investment industry, we want to hear from you! Oversee the administration and management of investment funds within the company. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to fund administration and oversight. Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all fund-related activities. Monitor and analyze fund performance, identifying and addressing any potential issues. Conduct regular reviews of fund documentation and processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure all fund activities are in line with company policies and procedures. Prepare and present reports on fund performance and compliance to senior management. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes, and make recommendations for how they may impact fund operations. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure all fund activities are in line with company and regulatory standards. Communicate with external stakeholders, such as clients and regulatory bodies, regarding fund administration and oversight activities. Collaborate with fund managers and other investment professionals to ensure all fund activities align with investment strategies. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in fund operations. Maintain accurate and organized records of all fund activities and documentation.
