Job Overview As the Director, Data Analytics Specialty Pharmacy at blithequark, you will be responsible for developing and managing data enablement for specialty reporting across various stakeholders and partners. You will provide leadership and direction to pharma, payer, operations, finance, clinical, and other reporting teams to enable specialty programs. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business goals through the development, implementation, and execution of systems, projects, and processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee a team responsible for daily operations, including Pharma contractual reporting to manufacturers within the required timeframe. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reports that are legally required, ensuring data accuracy and de-identification of required data fields to comply with HITECH aspects of HIPAA. Direct the creation and analysis of data to support Pharma and Payer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), including reviewing data with internal stakeholders and participating in QBR meetings with external clients. Provide directional oversight to the support and enhancement of pharma and payer entries/dashboards, including preparing Quarterly Business Audits data and data analysis for both Pharma and Payer. Manage a team responsible for working out all variable charges provided to accounting to support monthly and quarterly billing of contracted services for Pharma. Regulate the group that monitors the accommodation of passes to run reports, provides analysis, creates, and updates Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) for reporting demands that roll in from stakeholders across the Specialty organization. Direct collaboration with cross-functional partners to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data management across the blithequark enterprise. Build and enhance internal and external associations, establishing functional and quality targets and developing/supervising working designs for liability. Regulate and coordinate the work of directors, ranking directors, and their subordinates, acquiring and assigning assets to meet working plans. Develop and coach staff through on-boarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities, and performance management processes. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in a related field, or a Secondary School Recognition/GED and at least 9 years of experience in a related field. At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key associations with internal and external partners within a matrix organization. Experience creating strategic initiatives that align with business objectives. Experience identifying operational issues and prescribing and implementing procedures to resolve issues. Experience leading cross-functional teams and conveying and collaborating with executive-level administration. At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes. Preferred Qualifications To stand out in this role, you will ideally have: A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. A Graduate degree/MBA. Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.). Experience with data extraction, data mining, data sourcing, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts. Experience with system administration (e.g., Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.).
