Functional Health & Wellness Coach
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Functional Practitioner to join our online coaching team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of holistic health approaches, emphasizing the integration of traditional and alternative medicine, and an understanding of resistance training. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, with an emphasis on individualized treatment plans that address the root causes of health issues. Duties • Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans. • Utilize various diagnostic tools and techniques to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. • Provide education and support to patients regarding lifestyle changes, nutrition, and wellness strategies. • Collaborate with other team members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Knowledge in the field of exercise programming Skills The successful candidate will have a diverse skill set that includes but is not limited to: • Functional Practitioner Certification • Resistance training experience • Knowledge of medical terminology • Expertise in pain management techniques, including acute pain management and utilization review. • Understanding of nutrition principles and health coaching methodologies. • Ability to interpret bloodwork and recommend protocols • Ability to interpret GI Maps and recommend protocols Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
