We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely from Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
 Handle customer inquiries on various marketplaces using our ticket system.
 Answer customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
 Process customer complaints, returns, and disputes efficiently and effectively.
 Manage returns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
 Work efficiently and solution-oriented to maintain high customer satisfaction.
 Demonstrate intercultural understanding to effectively address and resolve problems for our predominantly German customers.
Requirements:
 Proficiency in... German at a C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
 Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 High degree of intercultural sensitivity and understanding.
 Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling phone calls and other tasks.
