We are also proud to support medical humanitarian projects around the globe and welcome veterans to apply.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing development team. In this key role, you will design, develop, and implement scalable applications and web services that power our telemedicine platform. You will collaborate closely with the CTO, product owner, project manager, and other engineers to shape technical solutions, mentor teammates, and deliver high-quality, secure software.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy software applications related to the Medweb server and related projects.Collaborate with the development team to define project scope, architecture, and technical requirements.Build and maintain scalable web services and internal tools.Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and improve application performance.Contribute to UX design discussions to improve usability and overall user experience.Provide status updates and risk assessments to leadership, including action plans when needed.Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role.Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.Strong skills in SQL and Python.Familiarity with Linux and Linux Shell scripting.Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.U.S. citizenship (required for compliance with certain contracts).Preferred:Advanced degree in a technology-related field.Experience with Perl, C, or C++ (basic knowledge a plus).Experience leading small development teams or projects.Strong interest in healthcare technology and telemedicine.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Excellent benefits, including 401(k) with company match.Meaningful work with impact on global healthcare.Opportunities to participate in medical humanitarian projects.A collaborative, mission-driven work environment.Our CommitmentMedweb is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
