Promote and sell Frito Lay products to customers on designated route. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Drive sales by actively seeking out new customers and increasing sales to existing customers. Ensure product displays are stocked, rotated, and visually appealing. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and promotions to customers. Process orders and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers. Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times. Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies while performing physical tasks. Meet or exceed sales and performance targets set by the company. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives. Represent the Frito Lay and PepsiCo brands with enthusiasm and pride. Attend trainings and meetings to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
