Front of House Supervisor

An essential responsibility of a Front of House Supervisor is to manage the tasks at hand in the Front Office department to attain superior customer service and financial outcomes for the hotel.
What will I be doing?
You will be tasked with constantly monitoring and reducing the guest wait times, ensuring that guest check-ins and check-outs processes are executed without delays with close attention to detail:
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing department to ensure proper promotion and selling of rooms that have the highest profit margins
Work closely with your team and support them in handling guest inquiries and requests while also providing guidance where necessary to keep them focused on delivering excellent service
