RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) • Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service • Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner • Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member • Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers • Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas QUALIFICATIONS • The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds. • Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
