The role involves collaborating with call center teams and providing support and training to store staff on inventory management tools.

Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment
• Collaborate with call center teams to streamline customer service operations
• Utilize SIM (Store Inventory Manager) to maintain accurate inventory levels and improve store operations
• Provide support and training to store staff on OMS and inventory management tools
