Freelance Social Media Manager – Surrogacy & Egg Donation Space
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Hours: Part-time / Flexible

Family Creations is a leading surrogacy and egg donation agency with over 20 years of experience helping people build families. We’re looking for a freelance Social Media Manager who can do more than just post graphics and captions—we’re looking for someone who understands how to tell real stories that move people.
You’ll be working directly with our team and occasionally our surrogates and egg donors to create beautiful, meaningful content that reflects our mission, values, and community.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow our social presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and potentially TikTok
Create and schedule compelling content: posts, stories, reels, shorts, and more
Coordinate with our surrogates and donors to collect testimonials, images, and video content
Write thoughtful, engaging captions that align with our tone: warm, professional, and empowering
Analyze performance and suggest creative ways to grow audience engagement
Stay on top of social trends, especially around family-building, fertility, and women-led communities
You Are:
A strong storyteller with experience managing content for mission-driven brands
Comfortable working with emotionally sensitive topics with empathy and care
Experienced in short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
A great communicator—confident reaching out to people to request content/interviews
Able to work independently but collaborative in spirit
Familiar with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in the fertility, health, or women’s wellness space
Are a parent, donor, surrogate, or passionate about family-building in some way
Are skilled in light design or video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.)
