Description • Become the go-to technical authority for Climatiq’s carbon-intelligence API, guiding software vendors, consultancies and Fortune-500 sustainability teams from first call to full-scale deployment. • Own the technical win: run discovery workshops, map customer data flows, design integration architectures and deliver bespoke proofs-of-concept that prove ROI within days, not months. • Build and present live demos, sandbox environments and business-case models that translate kilograms of CO₂ into board-level KPIs, turning skeptical engineers and budget holders into champions.• Partner hand-in-hand with Sales to craft statements of work, security documentation and implementation timelines that compress enterprise sales cycles and increase deal size by 30 %. • Translate complex GHG-Protocol methodologies into simple, elegant API calls; write sample code (Python, JavaScript, cURL) and open-source snippets that customers can clone and deploy in under an hour. • Act as the voice of the customer inside Product: funnel real-world feedback into Jira tickets, prioritize roadmap items and co-design new endpoints that unlock verticals such as logistics, fintech or procurement.• Design scalable onboarding assets—interactive Postman collections, Jupyter notebooks, Terraform modules and Slack-based support bots—that let new clients go live without a single calendar meeting. • Run quarterly business reviews with strategic accounts, uncovering upsell opportunities for additional datasets (scope-3, supplier-specific, hybrid-LCA) and expanding ARR while reducing churn. • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and create an internal knowledge base that cuts ramp-up time for new hires from three months to four weeks.• Represent Climatiq at climate-tech meetups, product conferences and hackathons, delivering technical talks that raise our profile and generate inbound pipeline. • Maintain a living catalog of integration patterns (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, GCP) so every future customer benefits from the last. • Champion security and privacy best-practices: guide customers through SOC-2, ISO-27001 and GDPR questionnaires, ensuring data stays safe and compliant across borders. • Monitor API usage telemetry and carbon-calculation accuracy, proactively alerting customers to anomalies and recommending optimization strategies that save compute bolthires and emissions simultaneously.• Thrive in a remote-first, asynchronous culture—document decisions in Notion, demo over Loom, celebrate wins in Slack and meet IRL at carbon-negative team retreats in the Alps or the Atlantic coast.
