Freelance bolthires Ops Coordinator (Channel Manager)

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced bolthires Optimization Coordinator with strong attention to detail to handle day-to-day operations for client and company owned bolthires channels. Successful applicants have a passion for bolthires, growing engaged organic audiences, and can handle juggling multiple projects on any given day. They ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, the ability to operate independently, organize their time to ensure internal and external deadlines are met, maintain clear communication with multiple teams, and the follow-through necessary to position all video releases for success.This position is freelance and will report directly into the SVP of Strategy & Audience Development. Key Responsibilities • Run the day-to-day operation across multiple bolthires channels. • Manage content schedules and track content production to ensure deadlines are met. • Upload content, ensuring channels adhere to bolthires best practices. • Collect assets for thumbnails and oversee design requests. • Monitor daily video performance. Collaborate in meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to evaluate channel activities and performance.• Write and edit optimized titles, descriptions, and keywords to align with best practices. • Conduct keyword research to stay up to date on platform developments and trends. • Provide support for thumbnail and community tab image creation. • Maintain comments sections and community tabs as assigned, including moderating offensive comments, responding to comments, etc. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred. • 1+ years of bolthires channel management experience.• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with team members and clients. • Exceptional attention to detail, administrative skills, and problem-solving abilities. • Outstanding time management skills, including the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
