GH Logistics is an asset-based trucking and logistics company that operates a high-performance fleet of trucks and trailers. We are looking for a Remote Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to ensure fleet uptime remains at 93% or higher, improve maintenance efficiency, and oversee real-time tracking of repairs and service needs.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in administrative fleet operations and mechanical knowledge, who understands how to manage repairs, prevent breakdowns, and keep trucks and trailers moving efficiently. You will be responsible for tracking maintenance needs, communicating with vendors, and ensuring timely approvals on all repairs.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Ensure a minimum of 93% fleet uptime by proactively managing maintenance and repair schedules.
ā¢ Track and manage real-time repairs for all trucks and trailers in our fleet.
ā¢ Maintain DOT & FMCSA compliance, ensuring all vehicles meet regulatory safety standards.
ā¢ Reduce downtime and operational bottlenecks by coordinating preventive maintenance.
ā¢ Work directly with mechanics, vendors, and repair shops to ensure timely service completion.
ā¢ Approve and monitor repair invoices to prevent billing delays and unnecessary costs.
ā¢ Input and analyze data in the Truck Management System (TMS) to provide weekly reports on fleet performance.
ā¢ Communicate with operations and dispatch teams to prioritize repairs without disrupting service.
What Weāre Looking For
ā¢ Prior experience in administrative fleet operations, maintenance coordination, or logistics.
ā¢ Mechanical knowledge preferredāunderstanding truck & trailer maintenance is a plus.
ā¢ Ability to manage repair approvals, billing, and maintenance scheduling.
ā¢ Strong data tracking & reporting skillsāmust be able to use a TMS or maintenance tracking software.
ā¢ Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to monitor multiple repair processes at once.
ā¢ Experience with DOT & FMCSA compliance in fleet maintenance.
Performance Metrics & Incentives

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 ā 55 per week
