Understand escalation paths to triage seller needs and mitigate risk.

Answer customer questions regarding business documents or current loan information.

Maintain or exceed established service level agreements for transaction resolution.

Identify, document, and follow up on product bugs and features.
,
Advocate for the seller community by identifying trends and suggesting policy improvements.

Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of BSA/AML responsibilities.

Collaborate with team members through internal messaging tools and video conferencing.

Suggest improvements for Banking content on the Support Center and in macros.
Requirements
3 years of experience in the banking industry.

2 years of experience in loan/credit processing.
,
1 year of experience with CRM software.
,
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
,
Proficiency with technical tools such as Google and Microsoft Suite, Slack, and CRM software.
