We work with organizations across the Middle East and Africa, supporting enterprise and government clients in building secure, reliable, and scalable IT environments.Job Description:Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator with solid Odoo experience to support day-to-day operations and provide direct coordination support to the CEO. This role ensures financial readiness, task follow-up, CRM visibility, and disciplined meeting coordination in a small, fast-moving team.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Odoo CoordinationPrepare and update accounting records in Odoo before accountant reviewOrganize and verify invoices, expenses, delivery notes, and POsFollow up on missing financial documents and maintain basic trackersAct as the link between operations and finance to keep data accurate and timelyOperations, Tasks & ReportingCollect daily/weekly updates and track tasks in Microsoft PlannerMonitor deadlines, delayed items, and follow up until closureKeep a clear overview of ongoing activities and prioritiesCRM, Meetings & Executive SupportUpdate selected CRM data and generate simple activity/delay reportsSchedule and coordinate meetings; take notes and track action itemsManage the CEO’s calendar, advise on availability, and help prioritize meetingsPrepare brief summaries, task lists, and simple internal documents as neededQualifications:Requirements2–3 years of experience in finance/operations coordinationHands-on experience with Odoo (accounting and/or CRM modules)Strong organization and follow-up skillsComfortable working remotely and independentlyGood written and spoken EnglishAdditional Information:Why JoinDirect exposure to leadership and decision-makingClear ownership and impact in a lean teamRemote setup with flexible collaboration
