The Experiential Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the accounts and production teams, ensuring smooth event execution and effective management of client accounts through administrative tasks and hands-on coordination.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including kick offs, status calls, working sessions, and brainstormsManage documentation of meeting notes from internal and external meetings including action items for stakeholders to act uponOrganize and maintain project files and records, shared folders, and drives, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team membersHandle finance administrative tasks related to event projects such as assisting with onboarding new vendors, processing vendor invoicing, and creating POsManage deck updates including editing copy, proofreading documents, and ensuring qualityAssist with managing client inquiries, requests, and changes throughout the planning and execution processBegin to build and nurture client relationships, demonstrating reliability, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering exceptional serviceProvide onsite support during events, including during install and set up, event live and load outSkills0-1 year of experienceProficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team settingMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsiteMust be able to work outdoors in various weather conditionsHave a valid Driver's LicenseRegularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier itemsAvailable to work weekends and evenings as needed for eventsBenefitsHealth & Wellness Benefits401k MatchCommunication StipendPaid Company holidays & PTO PackageCompany get togethers & retreatsPaid Parental LeaveFlexible WFH policyCompany OverviewNVE Experience Agency is an experiential marketing and creative agency.
