Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for moderating live chat sessions on YouTube, ensuring that conversations remain respectful, informative, and engaging. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and execute joint business plans, create transformational roadmaps, and drive activation. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior stakeholders from YouTube activation partners to increase and execute joint business plans, create, and spark off transformational roadmaps with our answers and tools. Train arenaflex stakeholders at the function and working version of partners and collaborate with sales teams regionally. Become aware of pilot markets, patron lead lists by using market, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to power activation. Partner with PR and marketing to increase a comprehensive outside communication approach that promotes the benefits of those partnerships, which includes press releases and participation in applicable occasions and meetings. Collaborate with inner teams on the evolution of the YouTube activation partner program, which include qualification of latest YouTube partners. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's diploma or equivalent practical experience in online income, advertising, marketing, or business development. Experience in consumer relationship management and cross-functional project management. Knowledge of video advertising and marketing principles, including contextual advertising, reach, and frequency. Excellent and persuasive customer-facing and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role: Experience with handling a companion or consumer dating at scale in a multi-associate environment.
