Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI)

The Business Intelligence Analyst will design and deliver Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions, ensuring accurate and secure data for informed decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDesigns and delivers Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions, translating business needs into clear KPIs and reportingPartners with technical and business teams to ensure data is accurate, secure, and easy to use for informed decision-makingBuild and maintain Power BI datasets, models, and dashboards with clear KPIsGather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutionsWrite and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validationImprove performance of reports and datasets (DAX, modeling, refresh strategies)Document KPIs, data sources, and reporting standards for consistencyCollaborate with data engineering teams to resolve data issues and improve data accessSupport system/ERP changes by updating and validating reports and modelsMonitor data refreshes and troubleshoot failures or anomaliesEnsure data governance, security, and proper access controlsSkillsA minimum of a high school diploma or GED is requiredStrong SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Python skills for data analysis and reportingExcellent organization, time management, and attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)BenefitsPaid Holidays Off and No Weekends!Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401K, 104 hours paid time off accrual, complimentary gym access, meal prep services, and more!Work from home options after 90 days!Employee Discount Program!Long-Term Career Opportunities!Company OverviewChadwell Supply is a logistics company providing plumbing parts and HVAC equipment.
