About the Role
The Virtual Customer Support role at arenaflex plays a vital part in the success of our practice. As a Virtual Customer Support team member, you will be the champion of our core values, working closely with our team to achieve the goals of our pet care center. Under the supervision of our Sr. Director of Virtual Support, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via text, phone, and email, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Work collaboratively with our medical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Champion arenaflex's core values, promoting a culture of compassion, empathy, and excellence in all interactions with customers and team members
Utilize technology and design to improve the customer experience, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction targets and response time goals
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry developments and best practices


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

At least 1 year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and medical teams in a professional and empathetic manner
A home office or quiet space that is free from noise and distractions, with a reliable high-speed internet connection
The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, with the flexibility to work at a desk during entire shifts
Availability to work weekend shifts and willingness to work in the EST time zone
Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
