- Manage day-to-day import operations, ensuring documentation accuracy and customs compliance
- Monitor inbound shipments and communicate clearance status, delays, and mitigation plans
- Coordinate operational readiness for group accounts headquartered in Asia
- Support logistics planning for new North American market entries
- Track lane performance and recommend operational improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international logistics or import operations
- Strong knowledge of customs compliance, FDA and CBP regulations, HS/HTS, and Incoterms
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting complex or multi-site customers
- Previous experience in medical device or healthcare operations
