As a Virtual Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and assistance via online chat. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer support and assistance via online chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Handle tasks, generate reports, and presentations, set up for meetings, and reorder supplies.
* Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
* Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
* Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
* Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
