**Experienced Virtual Assistant / Sales Assistant - Email & Facebook Outreach Specialist**

Our team is passionate about empowering businesses to thrive in today's fast-paced digital landscape, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Virtual Assistant / Sales Assistant - Email & Facebook Outreach Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales process forward by managing our automated email outreach and Facebook outreach processes. You'll be responsible for editing and uploading leads into Lemlist, replying to emails and booking video call appointments into our calendar, as well as managing our Facebook outreach process by adding new people to our personal Facebook profile and sending out initial outreach messages and follow-ups. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage our Automated Email Outreach process by: + Editing and uploading leads into Lemlist + Replying to emails and booking video call appointments into our calendar + Tracking all activity, including the number of emails sent, replied to, and number of Facebook ads/accepted, as well as the number of replies and people who have responded/booked appointments * Manage our Facebook Outreach Process by: + Adding 40-50 new people per day to our personal Facebook profile + Sending out initial outreach messages and follow-ups using provided scripts + Replying to messages on both platforms (Facebook & Email) with the end goal of booking appointments * Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth * Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with prospects and clients **Essential Qualifications** * Previous experience in a sales-based role, with a proven track record of success * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and prospects * Proficiency in using Lemlist and other sales automation tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in using Facebook and email marketing platforms, including Facebook Ads and email automation tools * Knowledge of sales scripts and email templates * Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools * Experience in working in a remote or virtual environment * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze sales data and metrics **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in using Lemlist and other sales automation tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong problem-solving skills * Ability to think critically and creatively * Strong analytical skills * Ability to track and analyze sales data and metrics **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
