Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Training Instructor to join our team on a remote basis. As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees. You will work closely with our training team to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $24-$34 per hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees Conduct classroom, practical, and hands-on training sessions for specific and soft skills Evaluate and monitor employee performance and provide feedback Maintain consistency with training requirements, including disciplinary actions as needed Assist with training-related projects and initiatives to support business objectives Provide technical and procedural support to employees and management Conduct on-the-job training and coaching Travel to various locations as required Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience A degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent work experience Existing training/instructional experience At least 2 years of relevant experience At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a training environment Proven experience working in a fast-paced, highly organized environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of staff Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates who have: At least 2 years of experience in airport operations Hazardous Materials training or experience Experience working in a training environment with a focus on adult learning What We Offer At United Airlines, we're committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
