About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering phones, selling our services, and providing top-notch customer support to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Sell blithequark services, discussing features and benefits with customers and addressing their concerns Utilize company literature, brochures, and flyers to promote our services and provide additional information to customers Enter customer information and interactions into our Contact Manager system to maintain accurate records and track progress Respond promptly to email requests and secure opportunities to drive business growth Maintain open lines of communication with management and ownership to ensure seamless collaboration and feedback Perform front desk receptionist duties, including greeting customers and providing general administrative support What You Need to Succeed To excel as an Inside Sales Representative at blithequark, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills, qualities, and experience.
