About the Role We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you will utilize your technical expertise to drive project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, and develop project plans that meet business needs. Your exceptional analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills will enable you to drive process improvements, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions that propel our business forward. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reasonable experience 3 years of experience in program management 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating data sets using SQL Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward shared objectives Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive collaboration, and influence decision-making will be essential to your success. Additionally, you should be proficient in using data analysis tools, such as SQL, and have experience with project management methodologies and tools.
