Responsibilities • Lead the quarterly product planning process in coordination with Product Management and Engineering. • Centralize and operationalize customer and internal feedback collection processes. • Track and operationalize launch milestones for major product releases. • Develop and maintain product management playbooks and process documentation. • Support operational reporting by tracking planning health and launch statuses. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations or related roles. • Strong understanding of product development processes. • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. • Proficient with product management and reporting tools.
