Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Stretching Experiences Deliver high-quality, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals. Lead engaging and effective guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, promoting a supportive and motivating environment. Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretching journey. Drive business growth by retaining current clientele and contributing to the development of StretchLab membership. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by adhering to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab's policies and safety rules. Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay updated on the latest techniques and best practices. Address member concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing solutions that meet their needs. Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager on studio tours and sales as needed, showcasing the benefits of StretchLab's unique offerings. Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention, sharing success stories and studio news. Keep all equipment clean and well-maintained, ensuring it's always available for client use. Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate We're looking for individuals who not only have a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility but also thrive in a boutique fitness environment. If you're a: Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, or Dance Instructor looking for a new challenge. Someone with experience in hands-on training in a fitness or health environment. Holder of a relevant fitness certification. Charismatic communicator with fantastic interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for clients. Team player with a professional work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to our attendance policies. Available to complete our comprehensive 3-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person training. Then you have the foundation we're looking for. We're eager to train the right individual in our proprietary Flexologist techniques to ensure they excel in their role.
