Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Strategy & Analytics Consultant to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Strategy & Analytics team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Provide research and analysis of trends to support the development of new strategies, processes, systems, and reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and share available data systems, leveraging technical skills (SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, Big Data Concepts) and industry knowledge Transform raw data into easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings, and develop models and strategies to drive business outcomes Facilitate and provide technical guidance on ideas and topics to teams across the organization, and conduct analysis using optimization and other available tools Utilize data management best practices, including privacy standards, and perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by leadership Develop and deliver presentations to large audiences, including senior leadership, and provide critical market insights and manage situations with conflict Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Advanced level experience in Network Planning or Airline Operations, data collection, industrial analysis, and presentation Proficient in SQL (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL), Microsoft Office Suite (Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills), Alteryx or other data manipulation software, and Tableau or other data visualization software Proven experience in providing insights to Senior Leaders and demonstrating ownership and accountability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Knowledge of airline operations, network planning, and revenue management Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off and Family Care Leave Fly for free on any open seat on all blithequark flights (your eligible dependents too) Up to a 9.3% 401(k) Company match, dollar for dollar, of your eligible pay Potential for annual Profit-sharing contribution towards retirement Career Growth Opportunities As a Strategy & Analytics Consultant at blithequark, you'll have opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career.
