About the Role: Social Media Chat Sales Representative As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives sales growth through authentic conversations on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary objective will be to sell coaching programs on behalf of our clients, utilizing your exceptional English skills and sales acumen. With a focus on trial and error, learning, and daily challenges, you will be constantly growing and improving in your role. Key Responsibilities: Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day) Follow up with leads to close sales and build relationships (approximately 2 hours a day) Contribute to organic account growth through engaging content and strategies (approximately 2 hours a day) Reply to active leads, close sales, and manage daily communication tasks (approximately 1.5 hours a day) Collaborate with our client success team to achieve sales targets and grow our clients' businesses Essential Qualifications: Advanced or native-level English skills (C1-C2 level) Desire to earn a stable income in USD Fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone Stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends) Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working from home or in sales Strong interest in learning, making money, and working with trial and error Commitment to daily challenges and proactive work environment Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and sales skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and time management skills Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities: At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
