Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Associate, Compliance to join our Prime Video Trust & Safety team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day PV Compliance Trust & Safety Operations, including content moderation, classification, and data labeling activities. Your primary objective will be to review content to ensure it adheres to established content guidelines, enforcing policy decisions related to content and protecting the platform and its users. This is a unique opportunity to work on the front lines of content moderation, handling and reviewing sensitive content to keep users safe. Key Responsibilities Review Prime Video content to ensure it adheres to established content guidelines, often reviewing graphic content and enforcing policy decisions related to content Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall PV user experience Research and stay up-to-date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas, participating in content calibrations and identifying abuse trends Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in content moderation and policy enforcement Utilize strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks to the platform and its users Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
