As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing data-driven solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies, and contribute to the development of arenaflex's business strategy. **Key Responsibilities** * Foster factual and logical models to support cross-functional initiatives * Collaborate and partner closely with Information Solutions, Information Representation, and other teams to ensure seamless rollout of proposals * Use data science and analytics methods to bring answers to complex questions into scope * Serve as the subject matter expert for data, analysis, and insights within the Worldwide Tasks or Store network association to ensure accurate and appropriate interpretation of core business metrics and customer behavior * Support wide-scale improvement initiatives across thousands of providers to improve efficiency and visibility across the store network for our provider partners * Analyze key performance metrics to identify execution issues and drive change * Consistently communicate execution patterns and improvements to senior leadership and management **What You'll Need** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Systems, Economics, Business Administration, Sociology, or other quantitative discipline * Experience in a quantitative, business analytics, data science, or engineering role performing quantitative analysis is a plus * Active experience leading quantitative analyses on large datasets; expertise with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), and programming languages (Python, R) * Strong knowledge of SQL (TSQL, Google BigQuery, and Vertica including joins, subqueries, etc.) * Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, DataStudio) is a plus * High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Solution-oriented, collaborative, and inquisitive attitude * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and cooperative disposition * Experience in delivering successful projects from start to finish on time **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays **Equal Employment Opportunity** arenaflex is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
