Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (we offer discounted training and support). A High School diploma or equivalent. To be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA. The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. While not mandatory, previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is highly valued.
